As a Packaging Specialist in the field of solid and powder product handling and packing, I offer you a solid knowlege transfer on packaging equipment and materials assistance based on more than 45 years experience with packaging lines projects and maintenance.
With more than 32 years of work in Confectionary Factories as a Project and Factory Engineer, with a solid backgroung of people training and trouble shooting, packaging optimisation and efficiency improvments are within my specialities .

My goals are to:

Assist you to make your packaging vision come trough in the most efficient and efective possible way.
Help you evaluate your existing packaging lines and define improvments in efficiency, safety and economy.

Project Planning:

A serious and effective planning guarantees a sucessfull implementation. Starting from packaging ideation, we can follow all planning and concept steps for packaging and line definitions, up to concrete project proposals, including technical feasability and cost calculations.

Project Execution:

I assist you during the project implementation phase to guarantee a correct line installation, sucesfull comissioning and startup, while always respecting the necessary safety and hygene aspects.

Training and Followup

We will develop together training programs and implement them in classroom and field sessions. Follow up programs will also be implemented in order to mantain the best level of training possible.

Troubleshooting and Optimisation

Together we can troubleshoot and optimise Packaging lines/machines, and optimize processes based on my practical knowlege which I have acquired over my many years of experice.
